An insurance audit in the temping sector

In order to share the motivations of our clients with you and to enable you to understand the benefits of our insurance audits, we have asked the JTI Group, specialised in the temping sector, to answer a few questions about their experience with our audit firm. Mr Jean Pascal Tournier, Director of the JTI Group, has been kind enough to give us his impressions of our working partnership, as well as explaining some of the particularities of insurance in the temping sector.

• What does the JTI Group do exactly and what are the particularities relating to insurance in this in this economic sector?
• We are a group of Temporary Work companies. Financial particularities arise mainly from the significant financial volume, which affects Civil Liability at group holding level, as it manages companies with different shareholders.
  There is no specific difference as regards company staff and comprehensive insurance, or car fleet insurance.
  Furthermore, credit insurance is compulsory.
• What were your requirements/objectives when you contacted our audit firm?
• Our objective was to avoid accumulating insurance policies to improve management of the group. The starting point therefore was a general key account and multicompany audit in order to simplify as far as possible the management of claims, as well as saving as much money as possible on our insurance policies.
  
• How did this service roll out (from the first contact through to project completion)?
• We had a great deal of telephone contact with Mr Gloux Stevens, who was very thorough, going over everything with a fine tooth comb. From beginning to end, the project was managed by this consultant from Audit Chorus Conseil and myself.
• What benefits have you obtained from the service?
• Savings in volume and simplified management.
  We were very pleasantly surprised by the health cover which was twice as beneficial for half the price.
  The thoroughness and perseverance of Mr Gloux Stevens bore fruit. The involvement that the audit company required from us was sometimes difficult, but it obtained results.
